Join yoga instructor, Mary McCallum, for 2 hours of stress relief and self-care. Learn how to use Yoga Tune-up therapy balls and self-myofascial release techniques to improve mobility, relieve pain, and tame tension from head to toe. You will leave feeling completely relaxed and refreshed! This workshop is suitable for all levels, no previous experience is necessary. Each participant will receive their own pair of Yoga Tune Up therapy balls to continue their self-care practice at home.
