OPENING TO ANGER: FINDING YOUR VOICE IN HEALTHY WAYS WHEN SOCIETY SAYS NO! (This event is designed specifically for women.)
Give yourself permission to be angry! It is not always something that little girls and women are taught to express. Therefore, we often aren’t sure of healthy demonstrations of this tricky and powerful emotion. Learning to sense if this emotion is a primary or secondary emotion is key, as well as who the target of such a feeling should be directed.
Join in this safe women’s group to discuss the value and healthy display of anger to move forward in life feeling comfortable and confident to express who you are and how you feel! Learn some dynamic tools to support you as you dive into feeling ALL your feelings while being rooted in a sense of comfort, peace, and knowing. In this workshop, we will connect via gentle movement, breath practices, journaling, optional sharing, centering, and more. All are welcome. No yoga experience necessary.
