Ashtanga 40-Hour Teacher Training with David Swenson

$995Don’t miss the opportunity to deeply immerse yourself into the details underlying the practice and teaching of the Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga with David Swenson. Participants will learn safe and effective hands-on adjustments through partner work for all of the asanas and practicalities of conducting a class and yoga theory. As in all courses run by David there is sure to be plenty of laughter and joy woven into the experience. Learn more than you ever imagined possible in a week-long course and have so much fun in the process!
Teacher Training Schedule:
Day One – Five: 9:00 – 12:00 and 1:30 – 4:30
Day Six: 9:00 – 1:00 and 2:30 – 4:30
Day Seven: 9:00 – 1:00
